This is a Martial Eagle, a very serious predator among the Birds of Prey. They are between 78 to 83 cm which is well over 30 inches in height. It is wonderful to see these Raptors in the wild. I have been very blessed to see them quite often when I travel to the African Continent and treasure each sighting.
