Description
An adult Bateleur having a drink at a waterhole in the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park located in southern Africa. It takes between five to seven years to get their adult plumage. The immature ones are mostly brown, changing ever so slightly with age. They have a very short tail and are unmistakable when you see them in the air, rocking back and forth, from side to side.
